I am not sure why I have never commented before, shame on me!!! I am such a huge fan and have enjoyed all the recipes. But this morning I made the zucchini bread.. and can I simply say …I AM IN LOVE!!! It is simply outrageous. Well, I would say more, but a second slice is calling my name!

We are always looking for new ways to prepare zucchini (we love it that much!!!), and this was a perfect post for that.
Tried the zucchini with feta and it was wonderful! There s a great salty bite from the feta and dill is one of my very fav herbs
