Pan Seared Salmon with Soy Mustard Glaze
The glaze is the star of this easy and elegant salmon dish. It’s tangy and sweet like any good Asian-style glaze, but the addition of whole grain mustard takes it over the top. The little mustard seeds “pop” in your mouth, releasing bits of intense, sharp mustard flavor when you bite into them. GET THE RECIPE
Chicken Tacos
Start a Taco Tuesdays tradition and kick it off with these family-friendly Chicken Tacos. They’re a healthier spin on traditional beef tacos and just as good, if not better. GET THE RECIPE
Easy Spaghetti & Meatballs
You’ll be glad to have this easy recipe in your repertoire. The meatballs are baked, not fried, and you might be surprised to see what’s in them. GET THE RECIPE
Ginger, Garlic & Chili Shrimp
In this recipe, adapted from The Splendid Table’s How To Eat Supper by Lynne Rossetto Kasper and Sally Swift, jumbo shrimp are soaked in a brine flavored with salt, sugar and chili powder, and then sautéed with loads of fresh ginger and garlic. Chicken Curry
Even kids who are not adventurous eaters love this dish of sautéed chicken breasts simmered in an aromatic and slightly sweet curry sauce. I love all your recipes. Every single one is super tasty. I bought your book after making food from your website. The recipe coupled with the instructional photos is so helpful. Every single recipe has been so tasty. I am sharing your website with my friends and all the gifts for friends have been your recipe book. My goal is to make every item in your book and adding your online recipes when I need to use a specific item.
There was once a recipe that I did not like. Deviled Eggs with Candied Bacon & Chives. I believe the excess use of bacon grease was overpowering. I can’t find the recipe when on search on your site. However, I see you have many other options on deviled eggs.
Thanks for offering your recipes. It has been a great distraction recently.
So glad you enjoy the recipes, Lene (and I really appreciate your support of the cookbook)! 💓
