  • Love your site; great recipes. Now I have a recipe to share:
    No Bake Granola Bars: 2 c. raisins, 1/2 c. honey, 1/2 c. peanut butter, 2 c. sliced almonds & 3 cups old fashioned oats. Process raisins in food processor till soft. Blend in other ingred. Press in wax paper lined pan. Top with another wax paper and press firmly. Chill & cut. Enjoy!

  • Congratulations, Jenn! That was a nice TV segment; you seem very at ease behind the camera. I have made each one of the recipes you highlighted and they are spot on, especially the zucchini and tomato dish. The lemon squares are on the menu for tonight – they have become our family’s traditional last-day-of-school treat!
