Kir Royale
Add a little sparkle to any special occasion with a bubbly Kir Royale.
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon crème de cassis
- 6 ounces cold dry Champagne (or sparkling wine)
- A few raspberries, for garnish
Instructions
- Pour the crème de cassis into a champagne flute, then add the Champagne. Top off with a few fresh raspberries.
- Note: For a variation, replace the crème de cassis with raspberry liqueur, such as Chambord, to make a Kir Impérial.
