This watermelon feta salad is a total standout—fresh, pretty, and the perfect way to make the most of summer ingredients.
Watermelon feta salad always sounds like the perfect summer dish—but most versions I’ve had at restaurants fall a little flat. This one delivers. Inspired by Mediterranean flavors, it combines juicy watermelon, peppery arugula, fresh mint, and creamy feta with a lemon-honey dressing that makes everything pop.
This salad is easy to assemble, looks beautiful on the table, and disappears fast—perfect for warm days, picnics, or any summer meal. Top it with sliced grilled chicken or steak to make it a meal.
What You’ll Need To Make Watermelon Feta Salad

- Watermelon, Arugula, Mint & Scallions: Juicy melon, peppery greens, fresh herbs, and mild green onions—this mix is what gives the salad its vibrant, summery flavor.
- Feta Cheese: Creamy and tangy, it adds a rich and savory contrast to all the freshness. I like to buy feta in a block and crumble it by hand to get nice, uneven chunks in every bite.
- Lemon Juice, Olive Oil & Honey: A quick vinaigrette that brings everything together—bright, smooth, and just sweet enough to complement the watermelon.
