A classic Cosmopolitan for nights when you want something simple, pretty, and a little special.

Let’s talk about the Cosmopolitan—the sleek, pink drink that basically defined cocktail culture in the late 90s. While it’s been around since the 70s, it really became a household name thanks to Sex and the City. Suddenly, everyone wanted a martini glass in hand!
What I love about a Cosmo is that it’s not just a pretty drink; when made well, it’s a perfectly balanced mix of tangy and sweet. You can use a lemon-flavored vodka if you want an extra hit of citrus, but it’s not completely necessary—a good quality plain vodka works just as well. It’s a fun, classic cocktail that always feels a bit like a party.
